We’re looking for an outstanding payroll consultant to join us. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely knows payroll end to end, loves working with clients, and enjoys turning complex payroll requirements into well-designed, practical solutions.

You’ll be working full-time in a mostly remote role, with occasional travel to client sites, typically 1 to 2 days per client each month depending on the stage of the project. It’s a role with real variety, real influence, and plenty of opportunity to build trusted client relationships while shaping successful payroll outcomes.

For this position, deep expertise in UK and Ireland payroll legislation is essential. We need someone who can speak with confidence, advise clients credibly, interpret legislation accurately, and make sure payroll processes and system designs are fully compliant and fit for purpose. You should be as comfortable in front of senior stakeholders as you are getting into the detail of payroll rules, requirements, and implementation decisions.

Dayforce experience would be a real advantage, but what matters most is proven strength in UK and Ireland payroll, combined with a strong track record of implementation delivery. Experience in additional territories would be welcome, but it isn’t essential.
