Team Wheel is looking for an experienced HiBob Consultant to join our growing UK consulting team, reporting into the Head of UK Consulting. This is a great opportunity to join a specialist HR technology consultancy at a point where demand for HiBob support, optimisation and implementation review work is increasing quickly.

The role will focus on helping clients get more value from HiBob, including reviewing existing implementations, identifying gaps or risks, advising on configuration and process improvements, and supporting post-go-live optimisation. You will not just be delivering tickets or following a fixed implementation script. You will be working directly with clients to understand whether their HiBob setup is really working, where it can be improved, and how the platform can better support HR operations, reporting, employee experience and business decision-making.

The right person will have strong hands-on HiBob experience, a good understanding of HR processes, and the confidence to work with clients in a calm, credible and consultative way. You must be fluent in English and based in the UK. This role would suit someone who has implemented HiBob, supported HiBob customers, or worked in a senior HR systems / HRIS role where HiBob was a core platform.

You will work alongside experienced HR technology consultants, have direct exposure to clients, and play an important role in shaping Team Wheel’s HiBob consulting offer in the UK. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving messy implementations, and giving practical advice that clients can act on.
