Chief Revenue Officer / Growth Director
Team Wheel is a fast-growing HR technology consultancy helping organisations select, implement, optimise and support leading HR, payroll, workforce management and finance systems, including Workday, Dayforce, HiBob, Talentia, Factorial, Teamtailor and Eightfold. We are now looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Chief Revenue Officer / Growth Director to help us build the next stage of growth, turning our strong partner network, client base and market reputation into a more structured, predictable and scalable revenue engine.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategy with execution. You will own revenue growth across new business, partner-led opportunities, account expansion, marketing campaigns, events, outbound activity and proposition development. You will work closely with the Founder, consulting leadership, marketing and business development to sharpen our market positioning, build pipeline, improve conversion, develop key partner relationships and create repeatable go-to-market motions across our core service lines, including Workday services, Dayforce optimisation, HiBob consulting, AMS, managed payroll, HR transformation and emerging AI-enabled products.
Key Responsibilities
Build and own Team Wheel’s revenue growth strategy across the UK and international markets.
Create a structured sales and marketing engine that generates qualified pipeline and converts it into profitable work.
Work with the Founder to turn personal networks, LinkedIn presence, events and partner relationships into scalable commercial opportunities.
Lead partner development with key vendors and ecosystem partners, ensuring Team Wheel is front of mind for services, implementation, optimisation and support opportunities.
Shape and package Team Wheel’s propositions, including Workday services, Dayforce support, HiBob consulting, AMS, payroll services, HR health checks and AI-enabled products.
Manage and improve the full commercial funnel, from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
Support and coach business development, marketing and consulting colleagues so commercial activity is joined up and focused.
Develop account growth plans for existing clients, identifying opportunities for optimisation, support, change requests, managed services and follow-on projects.
Introduce clear reporting around pipeline, revenue forecasting, conversion, partner performance, campaign performance and client growth.
Represent Team Wheel externally at events, webinars, partner meetings, prospect calls and senior client conversations.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, practical and commercially mature. You do not need a large corporate machine around you to be effective. You should be comfortable building structure from scratch, working directly with the Founder, and moving between strategy, sales conversations, partner management, campaign ideas and hands-on follow-up.
The right person will ideally have experience in HR technology, SaaS, consulting, professional services, payroll, workforce management or enterprise software. You should understand how partner ecosystems work, how services revenue is generated, and how to sell advisory, implementation and support services to HR, People, Finance and Operations leaders.
You should be credible with senior stakeholders, confident in commercial conversations, strong at building relationships, and disciplined enough to turn opportunity into forecastable revenue. This role would suit someone who has previously led revenue, sales, partnerships or growth in a consultancy, SaaS vendor, systems integrator or HR tech business.
