We are looking for an experienced HR Technology & Transformation Analyst to help lead HR maturity assessments, technology reviews and transformation diagnostics for our clients.
The Role
You will work directly with clients to assess their current HR, payroll, workforce management and talent environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide practical recommendations.
This is not a traditional analyst role focused on documentation.
We are looking for someone who understands how HR functions operate, how HR technology supports those functions, and how to translate business challenges into actionable recommendations.
You will be expected to engage confidently with HR Directors, Chief People Officers, Payroll Leaders, Operations teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
HR Maturity Assessments
Conduct HR, payroll and workforce management maturity assessments
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews
Assess current processes, governance, systems and operating models
Identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities
HR Technology Reviews
Review existing HR technology landscapes
Assess utilisation, adoption and optimisation opportunities
Evaluate integration and reporting approaches
Produce independent recommendations
Technology Selection Support
Gather and analyse business requirements
Assist in creating future-state operating models
Support vendor evaluations
Participate in demonstrations and solution reviews
Research & Market Intelligence
Maintain awareness of the HR technology market
Understand strengths, weaknesses and positioning of major vendors including:
Workday
Dayforce
HiBob
SuccessFactors
Oracle HCM
UKG
Factorial
Personio
Teamtailor
Eightfold
Talentia
and emerging AI-enabled platforms
Client Deliverables
Produce assessment reports
Create recommendations and roadmaps
Develop business cases
Support executive presentations
Present findings to senior stakeholders
Required Experience
You will likely have gained experience in one or more of the following:
HR transformation consulting
HR technology consulting
HRIS leadership
Workforce transformation programmes
HR operating model design
Experience within organisations such as Lace Partners, Mercer, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Alight or equivalent consultancies would be highly desirable.
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of HR processes and operating models
Broad knowledge of HR technology platforms
Excellent workshop facilitation skills
Strong stakeholder management capability
Ability to analyse complex environments and simplify findings
Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
Commercial awareness and pragmatic thinking
Desirable Skills
Experience of HR system selection projects
Knowledge of payroll and workforce management technology
Experience with Workday, Dayforce, HiBob or SuccessFactors
Understanding of AI applications within HR technology

Independently lead HR maturity assessments
Produce client-ready recommendations and reports
